Part 3 : Wisely picks her battles

1) Not every battle is ours to fight. Not every wrong is ours to right.
- always, though, it's God's shield we raise; it's His victory we proclaim, and it's His right hand that lifts us up to a new and better place.

2) Gos is already carrying the world, so we don't have to. We only have to carry what He puts in our hands for that day.

3) Did you know that it's possible to live peacefully and be victorious in battle at the same time?
- But God defends us. He fights for us. And He delivers us.

4) Don't make a move without Jesus. Just a soldier won't move without a command by commander.

5) How do we choose our battles wisely? We humbly stay in step with Jesus and consider Him our greatest Defender.

6) The sooner we can get over ourselves and thus learn to walk around such traps, the sooner we will get on the better things in life.

7) When we entrust ourselves to Him, He becomes our greatest Defender.

8) We find freedom when we no longer need to defend ourselves.

9) God understands us and that's enough.

Freedom in Christ produces a healthy independence from peer pressure, people-pleasing, and the bondage of human respect. The tyranny of public opinion can manipulate our lives. What will the neighbors think? What will my friends think?....
In Christ Jesus freedom from fear empowers us to let go of the desire to appear good, so that we can move freely in the mystery of who we really are. - Brennan Manning.

As you read on, you make feel something wrong with my sharing. However, I just try to point some important point out of 20pages of 1 chapter. If you interested to know more, go and get this book and read.
